For the last 3 or 4 days I keep feeling like the bug is about to get me! Ya know that feeling- mild sore throat... etc.??? Anyway, I drinking my fluids and taking my airborne- maybe I can kill it before it gets me! Anyway, if you can get your hands on a copy of this book, I say read it for sure, and I will keep you posted if I come up with anything else! Mommas really do know best!!!
